Love those step plates Guido.
Still thinking of some sort of step I can use when the camper is mounted (no sides) which wont get in the way of the tool boxes.
So I dont have to take a small step ladder.

So do the Outback Spirit Tours guys in their W461's, going up and down the sandy Canning Stock Route, 1850km, tour after tour.
Actually very few people have beadlocks here, outside of competitions.

How are you finding the ironbox and clutch?
I find I get some low level scrubbing noises at low RPM, where a lower gear should be selected.

I guess those cameras come in very handy.
Might have to add one to the front of mine, already fitted a rear one to the ute.

Would love to know if getting up the Iron Schokl with its mega-grip spiky steel surface is still a feat or will most other SUV's get up there?
