Re: Elf on a shelf (not really an elf...)

This will get you an idea. Incredibly fast, quiet, no battery drain and no heat generated.

Re: Elf on a shelf (not really an elf...)

Here’s where it ended up. I made it modular. Put inserts into the oak and with 2 or 4 screws, you can secure the ammo can or tank in a few places. Including standing the tank on the floor and bolting to the side of the board where the cork pad is. It can be used in that position where it can’t layin...

Re: Elf on a shelf (not really an elf...)

As expected, I redid it. Had to buy a couple things, but this is a much better setup. Still have my CO2 tank and extinguisher, but added a 50 cal ammo can for tools/supplies. I don’t have everything hard mounted yet, just finalizing position. Want to make the ammo can easily removable. Also, speakin...

Re: MY2000 G500 Europa ABS Sensor Removal - How?

It’s probably like the one in my 911. They completely seize up in the hub. Dissimilar Metal corrosion I think. You have to drill them out.

Elf on a shelf (not really an elf...)

I had an old CO2 tank setup from my previous rock crawling days in the Jeep. This 5lb tank has a regulator and will air up 25+ tires. You can also run air tools off of it, seat a bead, etc. Handy to have around. Also been thinking about picking up one of these element fire extinguishers for a couple...

What are you going to do? WD40 and manually work them back and forth?

Re: Anyone have experience with Europa?

I was not satisfied with my experience with Russ. I can share details via PM. Overall probably the worst car buying experience I have had.

Re: Remote or driver's door not unlocking doors

No noise at all. Not when I use the remote or manually operate the drivers door lock. Where is the actuator? Any diy out there?

Re: Remote or driver's door not unlocking doors

So my brand new keikert relay didn’t change a thing. Still getting lights on the rear view and flashers but not locking. What next?
