Well it's happened again - I made a mistake. Alan - thank you for clarifying! The fuel return is elsewhere on the tank then. I remember now because that vent line "T's" into the two vents built into the tank - it took me some creative plumbing to make all of that work without the full set ...

One is the fuel supply, the other is the fuel return. The capped line is the supply for a Webasto heater, if equipped. Vents are in the tank itself, not the sender.

Glass installers use the tip of a caulk gun to put a bead of sealant under the outer lip after installation. Simple, clean & easy.
