Actually I would re-arrange as follows:
Lighting a fire:
1) lighter
2) brazing torch
3) matches
[missing 5 more ways to light a fire]

Keeping it going:
1) cord wood
2) shredded wood/sawdust formed brick
3) candles
4) newspaper
5) cardboard
6) very small sticks
7) big sticks and a hatchet
8) fanning/blower device
9) axe
10) chainsaw

If you don't open the rear side doors, does that count?

Agreed. And the side doors make for easy access to the back of cabinets. If you take off the rear door skins you have essentially the same room as a 2dr.

If you can bring yourself to do it. Swapping 463 door skins both front and rear to 460 / 461 will give you a little more room inside.

They are more practical, but obviously rather plain looking in black vinyl.

I would put in aluminum inner door covers instead of skins in the back. Just a laser cut piece of alum instead of anything fancy.

Don't know if you use a water filtration system, but it is very useful. We use a Seagull IX filter from General Ecology (with pre filter 25 micron) - no affiliation. 1 filter cartridge provided us for potable water during our entire 12 months road trip from Canada to Panama. The pre filter was changed more often but is very cheap. We spent zero USD on potable water (more budget for beer  ) and got our water from gas stations, public fountains, mountain rivers, springs, ...
