The angular gear/housing number that I need for my gears/tires is currently not available in Germany. So it looks like I'm back to trying to replace the seal on the one I have... which scares the sheet out of me.
Anyone actually ever performed this task before? I can't be the only one that has TC fluid running up their speedometer cable. I've cleaned up the dash from all of the oil and don't want to do that again anytime soon... what a mess.
Got to be someone who's successfully completed this seal replacement... especially when you think about how expensive that replacement gear housing is
