Air vent control

Hi guys,
My right hand side vent rubber valve is broken. Anyone know where to source the part or find a new vent? I am not able to open close vent now, need a solution. Thank you

This diagram is missing the plastic ring that holds the nozzle to the dash, the one with the tabs that turn and lock, and break off after time, making the spring ring no longer compress and rattle annoyingly.

Does anyone have extras of those (tabs must be good!)? I used hose clamps to clamp the ring down but it's not ideal. Also open to more clever fixes, maybe plastic weld?

Do you have a picture of what this ring is? I've never had it apart so I'm not sure which part to look up, all I've found is:

The squigley spring is the same on the w123 I think.

The only thing missing from your vent is the little rubber knob that goes on the adjustment arm. I have 4 vents between my two trucks, only one has the little rubber knob. It is number 250 in the diagram above. I need one too.

Your vent otherwise looks okay, not broken in any way.

Here is the adjustment arm that you can probably move by cramming your finger tip in there. Last pic from Trev above shows the rubber bit.

I've got an email in to my dealer, see what that rubber knob is worth from Mercedes...
