Boston 250gd Mechanic Recommendations

Just purchased a 250gd and need recommendations for a good mechanic who can be relied on as go-to for maintenance, complex upgrades and installs, etc. (under dash A/C, sound system and turbo upgrades). Any leads greatly appreciated. South Shore ideal, but any metro Boston leads welcome.

you cannot just add a turbo to a 250GD , the OM602A has oil cooled pistons and some other things are different .

Thanks all. On the turbo point, realize that that might be a more expensive/complicated matter...

yes , you need to find an OM602A motor and need the 250GD motor to convert the sedan motor .

Had all my Benzes maintained and repaired by these guys when I lived there. I took everything from my w123 diesel to my AMG w208 CLK55. They even brought in a top notch PDR guy to PDR my vandalized 335i back when they were strictly a Benz shop :) Two "highly rated" PDR guys I found online couldn't completely take out the dent (still charged me  ...) EAS happily took my 335i confidently said "we can do it" - came out flawless.
