Power steering and Skid Plate

I believe I need to do a power steering flush as I hear an intense whining every so often so what fluid do I need for an m103 also I don’t have the bolts for my skid plate which it’s a 1991 w463 SWB so I’m curious if I can just go to ace hardware and buy bolts that fit or do they have to be special?

Thanks!

The factory bolts are M10s. There are four captive nuts and two loose nuts. One of the captive nuts were stripped, so a longer bolt and an extra M10 nut sufficed.

As for the PS flush, I've been using the factory stuff. I recall it being cheap. Check if your PS reservoir has a filter in the bottom.
