Now all the trucks have a 2" hitch for the bike rack (well other than the Hafi)

Yes Dutch Army hitch with possibility for NATO and regular trailer wiring connection
You can fit a NATO hook or a 56 x 83 mm bolt pattern hook/ball I have it fitted instead of the Oris one as I need for my M416A1 trailer on my 1998 G300TD - fits any W460 or 461 -
In case you have different type of trailer you could fit the Rockinger system but this means $$$$$ to spend

You would need the split 463 bumper or 2 piece 460 bumper to use this hitch. A standard 463 bumper could be easily modified to accept this by cutting out the center section and adding those inner caps I guess.

I don't see how it mounts to the G frame
Is there a shot of the back?

I don't have a shot but it is just sloped like all the other mounts
You can kind of see it in the shot above I posted of the hitch

The block is fitted with 4 high tensile bolts (10.9) spanner head 19mm on the inclined plate at rear of frame - Cutting the original bumper will be / is the cheapest option as a split bumper costs a foot and a leg
