First test drivre travrlling on road highways

Gear 4.9:1
5 sp with 0.8 overdrive
245x75x16
Flat : 3000 rpm /100 Km/h /0.9 boost/temp gsuge at the middle

3200 rpm for long time temp gauge between middle and firdt mark between middle.

Up hill :4th gear 3400 rpm temp gauge almost on the mark after middle gauge.
Decreasing quickly when coming back to 3100 rpm

Need opinions.
