Don't have any for sale but mine also broke off. I just used a thick rubber washer (or just use some piece of rubber and drill a hole through it) and a bolt + nut through it instead.

McMaster has one that is very close
Look at m6 rubber standoffs choose the shortest ones. About 15mm.

I bought a set at the dealer 6 months ago. Don't know the part number off hand, but they are still available if you care to go that route.

8 mm long thread for the grill fasteners m6 - Factory had hexes but I like button heads myself for that specific location. With washer.

I did the exact same thing so I 2nd this. Something to keep in mind is to use a bolt that you can reach with a wrench to hold the head when you remove the lower bolt (no slot headed bolts or they may get stuck in place over time!)
