Pirate EPC sites revealed

Folks,

There are now two Mercedes parts dataabase and vehicle schematics websites other than Startek EPC at Mercedes (which does not run on macs, requires J2EE, and costs money) are available for any computer right thru your web browser.
Updated 11/2016

Empower yourself and the community!
Get your part numbers and print the schematics.... bring that with your current registration to any mercedes dealer or look online at the German based web retailers I posted yesterday to get your parts directly.

Note that super-ceded part numbers are listed, so pay attention to that.

New EPC site:
Mercedes-Benz-Teile Info

http://mb-teilekatalog.info/index.php?lang=E&mode=BM&class=1

Russian EPC site
@ detali.ru

http://www.auto-parts.spb.ru/cat/cats/m ... ent=dr2000

Tips:
*select #2 Внедорожный а/м which translates to "cross country vehicles"
**use google translate to get it all in English

*** Chassis number based searches (using the search box) doesn't always work

Star Tek Info:
by paid subscription, only works on Windows with J2EE.
you can run on your mac or linux box using Sun Virtual Box running windows in partition

They do not ship to the USA. I ordered parts and I am having them shipped to family in France which I will pick up when I go over for the holidays.
