Isn't that a 603 intake manifold? They've got 6 runners. I can't see how that could be mated to a 606A head with 12 ports.

EDIT: that is the OM606 NA intake manifold. Also, that party is going to end badly when something gets sucked into the open turbo inlet.

Absolutely nuts it looks like it's fitted into a dingy rather than a ski boat. Did you see the ear defender's? You'd really need them.

I like berserk projects but that looks like a death trap on anything other than flat calm water.

A little top heavy. For cooling do they run lake water through it like they do in conventional motors?

Daniels Boat.
That engine saw 7k revs quite a few times, now about to be fitted to a Supra with a crazy compound turbo setup and more horsepower than you can imagine!

Made a lot of noise but that wasn't really "fast" for a boat...like a Corolla with a fart pipe.
