hmmmmmm .... that gives me some ideas....

ive seen some nice one piece fiberglass utilities on GMC sonoma mini trucks..... it would be a nice secure place to put my testing equipment. i bet the wheel base is too short, though. could be sawzall time this spring...

the bed has the measure 1,92m width by 2,17m length .
interesting size as it is possible to sleep in the Kasten as the size is big enough , seems i need a roof hatch

Happy new year all.

Wow, looking good Guido! It has come along nicely, looks like you have put in a lot of work. I hope you are keeping time aside to sleep!

If I had a fraction of your determination I would have finished mine by now, almost there.....

hi huss .

the single cab does not have full power and i did not know why . i will have to check the combination . the motor got a complete overhaul with new pistons etc. ...

- om617a turbomotor ( used ) , 711.116 gearbox , 5,28 ratio axles and 295/75 R16 tires

now i will test :

- om617a turbomotor ( refurbished ) , 711.117 gearbox , 5,28 ratio axles and 295/75 R16 tires

if this is not the power in the end i want i will have to mount set up :

- om617a turbomotor ( refurbished ) , 711.117 gearbox , 4,9 ratio axles and 295/75 R16 tires

than i can see if i go back to :

- om617a turbomotor ( used ) , 711.116 gearbox , 4,9 ratio axles and 295/75 R16 tires

everybody makes the math , i want to test the reality and i can test my motors and gearboxes .

i want my G to tow 2,5 tons on a trailer , 500KG in the back of the truck and driving 100km/h uphill , without any load i want max speed 135km/h , than it will be very economic as it runs with less rpm . i am excited about the result .
