I have a local copy of the EPC but initially I googled the part number.

I think the 170HP limit was more about the size of the elements, the pump should be good for a lot more (8mm elements anyone :o )

But even at 170HP I imagine the pump would need to have been tweaked by one of those Northern European master pump yogi's.
Why are they all in those places? Maybe the spending their cold dark winters in the shed has something to do with it. I'll be at the beach!

The second one looks the same as my 463, 603, 300GD shroud.
I do like the idea of mildly turboing the 606N/A as Grazza has done here. Since this N/A motor comes with the piston oil squirters there is an extra level of protection. As long as you don't over boost it it should push the G along nicely.

It should be peppy due to the lighter pistons too. I'd add an intercoler if any long hills are expected.

I did a 606a conversion on my pickup,,used the intake manifold of an 606n/a in the 606a avoiding the intercooler. My pump is from a 603 maxed out. Egts are 700-900f post turbo max, with a very fast spooling turbo giving almost 17psi( controlled wastegate). I am currently swapping the 6mm plungers into the 603 pump. Very happy first 25,000 miles all over Mexican mountains and Texan heat.

That looks like it will work Hakkaloong, wanna sell it? :P

Same part number as the other 2 in the EPC but it looks different to both!

Surely different parts should have different part numbers.

The fan shroud that I have already fitted to my 290GD without any modification. It was exact replacement for the broken shroud.
