Has anyone modified the tranny to transfer case A-brace 4 speed version so that it will work with the 711.113 5 speed conversion?

I'm wondering if maybe there is a part I can buy that is shorter so i don't have to cut mine up. I've been checking the parts schematics but i'm not sure what is my best option.

Not an answer to your question, but I plan to lop off #13 in your diagram, and re-weld the cylinder as needed. No big deal I think.

have it in stock , it is for a 250GD , so it needs to be shorten i think .

My old 4speed ironbox didn't have a breather connection installed and neither does my 5 speed. What fittings/parts will I need on the 5 speed conversion besides modifying the thread size to M14x1.5?
