So which is it?

If the manual says both gearbox and transfer case in neutral, why did you tow it with the transfer case in S?

Hope somebody will chime in.
Have a truck (W611 410D) with VG080 Transfer case and 722.3 trans.
Would like to be able to tow the truck periodically behind my Greyhound bus (Detroit 8V71, Air operated Roadmaster Supplemental Brake System)
