The 350GDT engine, and head gasket replacement scared me off

Cool, other than the weird rack that sticks up way too high. Wheels dont look right either.
Off-road with the sound of a Mercedes diesel motor, the security of full lockers and a super-duty chassis.... that's why.

That is the short version of the ARB Gwagen rack. On a LWB will leave sunroof uncovered.

Seller confirmed same. Any ideas on the winch mount? Seller didn't know as he didn't install.

Why? Replacing the head gasket is a good thing to me esp with the mileage it has

Yes unless it was built in Nov/Dec 1993 but so close to 2019 = 25 years for sure for a 93

Figuring the engine got hot at some point and I think that is a problem for a 350GDT.
Am I mistaken?

It just depends what led to the head gasket replacement. If the owner is paying attention then you see the signs long time before Any damage happens. And if they did overheat... I guess there s no way you re ever going to know that on any engine. On the flip side though, we re back to the: nothing s wrong! Runs great, no issues, ever
I didn’t have to do anything to it the whole time I owned it. Great truck!
Run.

What caused that?
It looks like it was hit with a torch.
