What is a high mileage for a 500?

If a G is regularly maintained, what life span in miles can be expected from the drive train and chassis of a mid 2000’s G500 , not factoring in the usual rust issues.
Considering one with near 200k miles that currently runs smoothly.

Front axles need service by ~120k miles (wheel bearings, cv boots), center driveshaft needs replacement every 60-80k mikes, the motor and trans are commonly good for 300k+ miles if not neglected.
Body and frame should last 50 years if not driven in salt.

I'd be okay with 200k+ if its been maintained. No reason a M113 and 722.6 can't go for 500k.

Is number of previous owners a red flag? I’ve rarely seen one previous owner. The one I’m looking at has had 6.
My dad likened it to marriage,” would you marry a woman that has had 6 previous husbands in the last 13 years?”

Depends, maybe she's a kegel monster and the other 6 couldn't handle her.

Seller says High beams don't work, that the dealer told him on his G500 would need an new "sub CPU" to get them back. Cost of said unit is $1000. This such a thing?

High beams in pre-MBUSA Gs fail due to burned contacts in the turn signal stalk. $300 or so in parts. A couple of hours to install unless you've done it before. BTW: The low beams aren't far behind.

Depending on how burned out the contacts are, headlight relays may solve the problem too.

I've been looking at this one on ebay:

I like the color. Wonder what knowledgeable members think of this G.
The video that the owner sent me looks pristine under door sills and panels. Tough to get good view of the chassis. Sounds good on start up.
Has no high beams as stated, he uses the light bar for that, and drivers seat heater don't work.
