My tires were rubbing on the radius arms so I added some 35mm H&R spacers. I love the look of the tires sticking out a bit and the rubbing is gone! The tires are definitely heavier then stock but performance doesn’t seem much worse.

Flip kit has been installed for the rear tire

Also added clear marker lights, Mercedes’ emblems, skid plate, side sill, new tail lights, also painted the front end flat black.

I like the spacer and tube reverse spare tire mount. Mine was done by a prior owner. They accomplished it by extending the mounting bolts only.
So far, no issues.

Otiswesty, your flip kit looks like it will work and does the job.

My friend Dark550 had made 3 or 4 flip kits from left over H&R spacers and had a fab shop make them for him. I’m pretty sure I got the last one he had, it’s crazy strong as we stood on the spare tire and it would not move!

Just put the final touches on the flip kit spare tire. By adding the spacer to it you can mount all 5 bolts and hold in the center cap. A little bit of fresh paint on the cap and bolts makes it look mint!

I added a Mercedes emblem on the steering wheel with double sided tape right on top of the Puch emblem. Super easy to put it back to stock!

I added a couple creature comforts for my upcoming 4x4 trip next month. I found a cup holder on Amazon that fit nice between the seats. I also picked up a plastic Rubbermaid bin that was on sale at Canadian Tire, will be helpful in keeping my camping gear mud free.
