Yes. And I think the seller may have just preferred a milage readout as opposed to kilometers. I noticed the outside temperature reading on the cluster is also way off, so something funny is going on there.

I've been debating holding out for a 280GE. I love the interiors. I hear they are painfully slow however.

If you get a SWB/convertible 280GE with manual trans it probably doesn't feel that slow. @dcurbet sold a beautiful LWB 280GE w/ the MT and it looked fine in the videos. I love the interior and exterior styling of the 460/461 too, still looking to add one to the stable in the future.

Slow but not painful. I thought the 280 was ok in lwb.

I have a 280GE LWB granted it is mated to an Iron Box 5 speed but I had no trouble keeping up with the rest of the group up hwy 101 and then inland from the Dunes to Lumos Vineyard after assaulting the dunes for the morning. I probably had to shift more and most likely burnt more fuel but I didn't have any issues keeping up on our Oregon highways. Interstate travel where the speed limit is 75 or greater may not be comfortable due to noise/ even more fuel consumption but 65ish was no problem and the others in the group will attest to this.

Joe was flaming around the dune like he had a JATO booster on his rig! On the highway I don't recall that M110 ever trailing behind - in fact - it thrived on getting wound up and ahead of the pack.

I own an old 2.3L Pagoda that has the ancient version of the M110 but with SOHC and mechanical injection. It love to cruis at 5K RPM all day, and sounds AWESOME doing it!

I do dig the sound of it ... just a bit louder than quiet but still quiet yet rapid and nice revving
