I don't like all the extra body parts (the rear wing always killls me) but that's a personal choice I guess.

Seller's other items are a bizarre assortment of mostly dated low budget items (e.g. 2002 Chevy Malibu) plus some really unusual vehicles. Not sure the assortment adds confidence to the listing - reads as on opportunistic auction buyer. Note speedometer & odometer don't work on the above listing.

Seller Bryan emailed this pic. Does this mean it is an 18 head? Bad news or?

As Vadim said... yes

With the newer style head obviously work/upgrades were done to the motor... wonder if it was replaced ie has a factory reissue tag as well?
