I bet it would have sold for a lot more of it was California legal, but how much more?
Until this past year, one could pay G&K ~$10k USD to modify an old diesel G to be CARB compliant (modification process can take up to 6 months).
I noticed that CA registered 460 were historically ~$10k more expensive than similar non-CARB legal 460 in this country.
Now that that option to modify an old diesel to be compliant is no longer available, I wonder what kind of premium CA plates might have.
I’m curious what you all think?
