Early 463 dash tablet mount

This is an older mod I made to my 2000 G500, but I thought I'd share it here anyway.
This is a mount I fabed up that secures my iPad to my dash in a way that looks seamless with the dash and has the capability of sliding from the center cluster over to in front of the passenger for their use.

It is specific to the older 463 dashes, replacing the long horizontal walnut trip piece with a hardwood of your choice and fastening an aluminum 3/4" T-track, used in the woodworking field, to it. The rest of the system is made up a couple Ram Mount products. The first is a quick release mount they make that is used to secure to a track system on a kayak. http://www.rammount.com/part/RAP-B-383U
The next is an other Ram product called the Tabtite http://www.rammount.com/part/RAM-HOL-TAB3U
