Yes only one sender at the block , this is to the temp gauge at the dash.
The relay you need is A0015459832.
Hella costs much more , the double ! There must be a reason. Anyway FEBI is ok.

Power is delivered to the relay through the thick positive wire at all times. The metal strip is the fuse and should also have power at all times.

Sometimes the fuse can develop an invisible hairline crack that causes power drop when hot or bumped a certain way.
To test the unit remove the fuse and replace temporarily with a 12 GA piece of solid copper household wire and test.
The fuses are cheap enough if still available.

80A flat mount fuse for OM617 part number A0019947245 (0,70 EUR). Bought some of those recently. They are available.

You can also buy these fuses in normal after market stores around here. Standard part.

Be aware that 24V vehicles has another fuse. Should be around 40A.

Final update guys. The part Fernando listed in thread didn't work for me either. But the link below from amazon listing did. It's was 111 dollars and worked on my swapped 617a without a pre glow temp sensor. huco 13 2036 Huco Preglow Time Relay https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004JQBGR2/re ... TCbXTA0YQ2

Not sure why this part worked in particular and all the others didn't but I get a good 20 second pre glow with this unit. Thanks for the help everyone.
