Did it bolt directly to your G320 or did you have to modify?
In one of your shots of the rear of it, does not look like metal is welded to the rear plate?

I can confirm if you cut the wings off of this one it will fit a W460. It is great for carrying a bike rack however, you do have to remove the spare tyre, unless you have a fancy bike rack that restrains a bicycle by the wheels and not the centre post.
It also works as step for the children.

With my LWB 460 300GD, I towed some pretty heavy loads. Not that I was winning any races though.
I noticed the two electrical connectors for the hitch wiring are open and exposed. They just screw together and will keep those wires ends from being exposed to the elements. Makes for an easy install of 460 hitch wiring if you have the factory tow hitch plug and loom. I last had a 460 plug set up a couple of years ago, gone now.
